Units
I've kept descriptions as generic as possible so that narrators can fit individual units in to suit their game.
- Heavy Cavalry - Just about every cavalry unit not included below, pretty useless in a siege. (examples)
- Light or Irregular Cavalry - Horse Archers, Char-Un, Sable Riders (examples)
- Dragoons - Mounted Infantry also capable of fighting as cavalry (examples)
- Heavy Infantry - Tarsh Huscarls, Dara Happan Phalanxes, Sun Domers, Imperial Bodyguard units (examples)
- Shieldwall Infantry - Basic Lunar troops, often militia. Quality varies from average downwards but there are plenty of them. (examples)
- Peltasts - Well trained skirmishers also capable of fighting in close order. (examples)
- Light Infantry - Skirmishers equipped with Slings, Bows or Javlins (examples)
- Irregular Infantry - Sartarite clans, Tarsh Highlanders, Various Mercenaries (examples)
- College of Magic - An organised unit of Magicians
- Engineers - People trained to build siege equipment, plan defensive works etc. Labour is supplied either by Spearwall Infantry and sometimes slaves. (examples)
